Student Academic Code & Enrollment Agreement

Welcome to JEET COMPUTER EDUCATION. By registering for admissions, accessing classroom labs, taking part in examinations, or utilizing the Student Self-Service Portal, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these official Terms of Service and Institutional Regulations.

01

Course Enrollment & Admission Policy

Admissions to vocational, government-certified (RS-CIT, RS-CFA, Tally Prime, NIELIT), and university degree programs are governed by prescribed eligibility standards:

  • Applicants must provide authentic, non-falsified educational qualifications, passport photographs, and valid contact numbers during registration.
  • Submission of fraudulent documentation will result in immediate disqualification and cancellation of admission without refund.
  • Each admitted student receives a unique Student ID (e.g. STU0001) and Admission Number (e.g. ADM0001), which must be referenced in all academic queries.
02

Computer Lab Discipline & Hardware Etiquette

To ensure high standards of technical training across all batches, students must adhere to strict computer lab protocols:

  • Students are assigned dedicated PC workstations during their scheduled batch hours. Unauthorized switching of systems or tampering with hardware cables is strictly prohibited.
  • Installation of external unauthorized software, games, malicious scripts, or visiting prohibited websites is strictly forbidden.
  • Any deliberate physical damage to PC monitors, CPU components, UPS units, or Mantra biometric hardware will attract repair restitution penalties and potential disciplinary suspension.
03

Biometric Attendance & Minimum Criteria

Mandatory 75% Attendance Requirement

In accordance with State Government (RKCL / VMOU) and NIELIT guidelines, students must record their daily arrival and departure on the Mantra MFS100 biometric terminal. A minimum of 75% biometric attendance is strictly mandatory to qualify for practical internal assessments, mock tests, and final examination admit card release.

04

Examination, Grading & Certificate Issuance

Examinations and diplomas are administered with rigorous academic integrity:

  • Students must complete all prescribed syllabus modules, practical lab exercises, and internal assignments prior to exam registration.
  • For government examinations (RS-CIT, RS-CFA, NIELIT), examination dates, centers, and admit card releases are determined by the respective governing boards (RKCL/VMOU/NIELIT).
  • Official completion certificates are issued with verifiable QR codes. Any reproduction, falsification, or unauthorized duplication of certificates is a criminal offense punishable under Indian law.
05

Fee Payment Terms & Installment Schedules

Course tuition fees must be cleared as per the approved fee schedule recorded at the time of admission:

  • Fees may be paid via online gateway (Razorpay), UPI, Net Banking, or in-person at the institute accounts desk.
  • Students paying via installments must clear installments within the due dates. Failure to clear overdue balances may result in temporary suspension of portal access or practical lab privileges.
  • Every payment is acknowledged with an immutable, computer-generated receipt voucher (receipt.php). Always demand and preserve your official payment voucher.
06

Student Portal Access & Security

The online Student Portal (student/login.php) is provided for academic tracking, id-cards, digital receipts, and curriculum notes:

  • Login credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
  • Any security tampering, automated scraping, or denial-of-service attempts against the portal server will result in immediate termination and formal cyber-complaint reporting.
07

Jurisdiction & Legal Dispute Resolution

All agreements, admission contracts, and student services are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any legal dispute, grievance, or arbitration arising from institutional operations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pali, Rajasthan.
