JEET COMPUTER EDUCATION follows a clear, ethical, and structured fee policy for all technical computer courses and university degree programs. This policy establishes the terms under which course enrollments, cancellations, batch transfers, and payment reversals are administered.
Official Fee Receipting & Payment Confirmation
All fee payments made at JEET Computer Education (via online Razorpay gateway, UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cash) are acknowledged with a digitally generated receipt voucher:
- Receipt vouchers bear a unique sequential number (e.g.
REC0001/UREC0001), date, student name, course title, paid amount, and payment mode. - Students can view and download their verified fee receipt vouchers at any time from our public receipt gateway at jeeteducation.com/receipt.php or through the Student Portal.
- No student should make payments without receiving an official computerized receipt voucher.
Admission Registration & Seat Allocation Fee
To reserve laboratory systems, instructional seats, and license enrollments with certifying boards (such as RKCL, VMOU, and NIELIT):
- Initial registration fees and seat reservation charges are strictly non-refundable once student registration has been confirmed and submitted to the government portal.
- Direct government examination registration charges paid to external universities or examining bodies (RKCL VMOU exam fees, NIELIT exam fees, University examination fees) cannot be refunded under any circumstances once processed.
Course Tuition Fee Refund Regulations
Refunds of course tuition fees are administered strictly in accordance with the following structured timeframe:

If a student is unable to attend their assigned batch due to college examinations, medical contingencies, or professional commitments, JEET Education offers 100% free batch transfers. You can freeze your course enrollment and resume in an upcoming morning or evening batch without losing your tuition investment!
Online Payment Glitches & Double Debit Resolutions
In the event of an online payment failure where money was debited from your bank account or UPI application but an admission receipt was not generated:
- The banking network automatically flags failed transactions and processes automated refunds to your original source account within 5 to 7 business banking days through the Razorpay payment gateway.
- If you were charged twice for a single transaction, please present your bank transaction IDs to our accounts desk at info@jeeteducation.com. Upon verification, duplicate amounts are refunded within 48 to 72 hours.
Refund Claim Procedure
To submit an eligible refund or batch transfer request:
- Submit a formal written application signed by the student and guardian at the JEET Computer Education administrative office in Pali.
- Attach the original fee receipt voucher, photo identification, and relevant supporting documentation (such as medical certificates or transfer orders).
- All approved refunds are disbursed strictly via Account Payee Bank Transfer / Cheque in the student's or guardian's name within 10 to 14 business days. No cash refunds are disbursed.
